Aztec Productions is a film and television course at Barstow High School that immerses students in a challenging and fast-paced working environment that mirrors what one would expect in a real-life production company. Aztec Productions is where we learn and develop our skills in the use of camera equipment, characters, editing, and filming. Melody Hines
Director/ Producer
Melody Hines, a BHS JUNIOR! Believes it takes a creative and dedicated person to be in film and especially to be Producer. To her, this class means a greater way to connect to the students on campus and leave something behind.
Juaquari Hobbs

Juaquari Hobbs, 17 years old and a senior at Barstow High School. I play football and wrestle. This will be my third years. I plan to enjoy this year and make the most of it while informing, and entertaining everyone!

Jalese Ah Ching, Junior, is in his 3rd year with the Aztec Productions Team. He began as a freshman in Multimedia 1 and moved up to his current position in the editing department. He loves working in the class and hopes the audience enjoys watching.
Mason Soberg
Lighting Director/ Promotions Team
Mason Soberg, a senior at BHS, will be entering his third year in the filming program. His goal is to make sure that the crew gets the best angles and shots with the best color and lighting. With much experience in lighting and other key parts of film, Mason hopes to put Aztec Productions on the map.
